Orders placed by noon PST on a business weekday are normally processed and shipped by our team within approximately 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on weekends, by noon PST Saturday, or Sunday will ship at the beginning of the following business week between Monday and Wednesday. You should receive a confirmed order message and tracking number via email the day your order is prepared for shipment and ready for transit.

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

**Holidays and shipment team leave may affect processing and shipment timing, other extenuating circumstances may also affect shipment timing.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO Box shipping address when you place your order. The Mighty Luchador is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed on our website. Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. The Mighty Luchador is not responsible for the package once USPS has delivered and provided proof of delivery. Please make sure you plan accordingly.


We use USPS Priority to ship orders. Packages shipped via the United States Post Office are trackable and insured. Please make sure that you use an address that USPS can safely leave your package at without risk of theft. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the United States Post Office regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you.


We will not expedite or guarantee delivery to hotels/temporary addresses. We do not recommend placing orders to temporary locations due to The Mighty Luchador’s varied shipping and processing timeline. You are responsible for providing a correct address that will be able to accept the package when it arrives, at checkout. We will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancellations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.


Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method. Please note, you may be required to pay the relevant taxes to your country when your items are delivered. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.


Due to recent VAT Rules implemented as per Brexit all sales on shipped items to the United Kingdom valued UNDER £135 have a 20% VAT Rate applied. Due to these restrictions delays in shipment may occur. All UK and international shoppers will cover any and all VAT shipment fees collected at receipt of products.
